Vor rund fünf Monaten hat China angekündigt, ein vier Billionen Yuan RMB schweres Konjunkturprogramm durchzuführen. Dieses Paket dient zur Bewältigung der internationalen Finanzkrise. Nun sind bereits erste Erfolge beim Einsatz des Konjunkturprogramms erzielt worden. Offiziellen Angaben des chinesischen Statistikamtes zufolge ist das Investitionsvolumen in das feste Anlagenvermögen in Stadt und Land in den ersten zwei Monaten dieses Jahres um über 26 Prozent gegenüber dem gleichen Vorjahreszeitraum gestiegen. Gleichzeitig nimmt die Investition der Zentralregierung auch zu. Im Vergleich zu 2008 konnte dieser Wert ein Wachstum von mehr als 40 Prozent verzeichnen. Die für Gütertransport per Eisenbahn bereitgestellten Geldmittel sind rund drei Mal soviel wie in den ersten zwei Monaten 2008. |
