China hat seine Zusammenarbeit mit der Weltbank und weiteren multilateralen Finanzinstituten ausgebaut. Nach Angaben der als Notenbank Chinas fungierenden Volkbank beteilige sich China aktiv an globalen Finanzprojekten. Ziel sei es, neu aufstrebenden Märkten und Volkswirtschaften der Entwicklungsländer trotz der globalen wirtschaftlichen Krise finanziell zu helfen. Indes habe China mit der der Weltbank zugehörenden International Finance Corporation vereinbart, Privatanleihen zu kaufen, um Finanzinstitute finanziell zu unterstützen. Zudem habe die chinesische Volksbank Finanzhilfen für die Inter-American Development Bank, die African Development Bank und die Asian Development Bank zugesagt. Darüber hinaus sei China auch dabei, verschiedene Fonds für bilaterale und regionale Zusammenarbeit zu errichten, um die lokalen Handelsfinanzierungsmöglichkeiten zu verbessern, hieß es von der chinesischen Volksbank. |
