| Erste Regelung zum Wiederaufbau der Erdbebengebiete in China |

Der chinesische Staatsrat informierte am Sonntag über eine Regelung zum Wiederaufbau der Katastrophengebiete nach dem verheerenden Erdbeben vom 12. Mai in der südwestchinesischen Provinz Sichuan. Es handelt sich hierbei um das erste derartige Dokument in China. Mit dieser Regelung will die chinesische Regierung gute rechtliche Bedingungen für den Wiederaufbau der Erdbebengebiete in Sichuan schaffen. Im ausgearbeiteten Dokument wird jeder einzelne Punkt bezüglich des Wiederaufbaus der Erdbebengebiete konkret aufgelistet. Es gilt als Leitfaden und wichtige Grundlage für die Vorantreibung der Wiederaufbauarbeiten. |
