Beim Wiederaufbau der vom Wenchuan-Erdbeben betroffenen Regionen solle in erster Linie das Alltagsleben der Bevölkerung gewährleistet werden. Dies teilte ein Verantwortlicher des staatlichen Komitees für Reform und Entwicklung am Donnerstag mit. Zuvor hatte die chinesische Regierung einen Entwurf über die Gesamtplanung des Wiederaufbaus veröffentlicht, um Meinungen der Bevölkerung einzuholen. Diesem Entwurf zufolge soll die Hauptaufgabe des Wiederaufbaus innerhalb von drei Jahren abgeschlossen werden. Zur Umsetzung dieses Plans wird eine Summe von einer Billion Yuan RMB zur Verfügung gestellt. |
