Der chinesische Ministerpräsident Wen Jiabao leitete am Mittwoch eine ständige Konferenz des chinesischen Staatsrats. Darauf wurde die Gesamtplanung des Wiederaufbaus der Erdbebenregion überprüft und grundsätzlich verabschiedet. Die Lebensbedingungen und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in der Erdbebenregion soll innerhalb von drei Jahren das Niveau vor der Katastrophe erreichen oder überholen. Auf der Konferenz wurden überdies die wichtigsten Aufgaben für den Wiederaufbau der Katastrophenregion vorgestellt. |
