Die chinesische Disziplinkontrollkommission beim Zentralkomitee der chinesischen Kommunistischen Partei und das chinesische Ministerium für Disziplinaraufsicht veröffentlichten am Donnerstag die Vorschriften über die Bestrafung des Rechtsbruchs bei der Verwaltung der materiellen und finanziellen Hilfsmittel für die Katastrophenbekämpfung. Diese Vorschriften sollen sicherstellen, dass die materiellen und finanziellen Hilfsmittel ausschließlich und rechtzeitig für das Leben der Erdbebenopfer eingesetzt werden, damit die gegenwärtige Katastrophenbekämpfung ordnungsgemäß und effektiv vorangetrieben werden kann. |
