Der russische Ministerpräsident Wladimir Putin führte am Dienstag ein Telefongespräch mit dem chinesischen Ministerpräsidenten Wen Jiabao. Dabei bekundete er erneut seine tiefe Anteilnahme und großes Mitleid für die Erdbebenopfer. Zugleich betonte er, Russland werde weiterhin mit aller Kraft Hilfe für China bereitstellen. Wen Jiabao erwiderte, bei der Katastrophenbekämpfung habe China sowohl emotionale als auch materielle Unterstützung von Russland erhalten. Er bedankte sich dafür bei Russland im Namen der Regierung und des chinesischen Volkes. |
