| China würdigt Hilfeleistung ausländischer Truppen in Sichuan |

Der Leiter des Auswärtigen Büros im chinesischen Verteidigungsministerium, Qian Lihua, würdigte am Dienstag die Hilfeleistung der ausländischen Armeen bei der Katastrophenbekämpfung im Erdbebengebiet Sichuan. Qians Würdigung erfolgte am Rande des internationalen Symposiums über die Katastrophenbekämpfung von bewaffneten Truppen aus ASEAN-Ländern, China, Japan und Südkorea. Das Symposium fand im Institut für Kommandierungstechnik der Landstreitkräfte der chinesischen Volksbefreiungsarmee in Shijiazhuang in der nordchinesischen Provinz Hebei statt. Vertreter der Verteidigungsbehörden und Kommandanten der Katastrophentruppen aus den beteiligten Ländern sowie Beamte des ASEAN-Sekretariats nahmen daran teil. |
