| China stellt Milliarden für Sozialwohnungen bereit |

 Die chinesische Zentralregierung will etwa 33 Milliarden Yuan RMB in den Bau der Sozialwohnungen investieren. Dies kündigte der stellvertretende chinesische Wohnungs- und Bauminister Qi Ji am Mittwoch in Beijing an. Er betonte, die chinesische Regierung wolle in diesem Jahr Sozialwohnungsbauprojekte verstärkt unterstützen. Im Pressezentrum der zweiten Jahrestagung des 11. Chinesischen Nationalen Volkskongresses sagte Qi Ji, in 2008 habe die Regierung mehr als 30 Milliarden Yuan RMB in den Sozialwohnungsbau gesteckt. Im vergangenen Jahr seien demnach etwa 630.000 Sozialwohnungen gebaut worden. China sei somit wie geplant auf dem besten Weg, die Wohnungssituation für 2,6 Millionen Haushalte mit geringen Einkommen zu lösen. |
