Der Entwurf des Gesetzes über Eigentumsrechte ist bereits durch Meinungen und Anregungen der zirka 3.000 Abgeordneten des Nationalen Volkskongresses revidiert worden. Dabei gab es mehr als 60 Änderungen. Der revidierte Entwurf wird zur Überprüfung an die Jahrestagung des NVK vorgelegt. Nach dem Gesetz sollen legitim erworbene Einnahmen, der Wohnraum, die Lebenshaltung sowie private Spareinlagen, Investitionen und Profite von Privatpersonen geschützt werden. |
