Auf Antrag von acht Unternehmen, darunter Shanghai Huayi. Gruppe, kündigte das chinesische Handelsministerium am 9. April 2008 in der 21. Bekanntmachung an, Untersuchung gegen die Antidumpingmaßnahmen über das importierte Akylharz mit dem Ursprung von Südkorea, Malaysia, Singapur und Indonesien durchzuführen. Am 8. April 2009 kündigte das chinesische Handelsministerium in der 18. Bekanntmachung an, ab 9. April 2009 die Antidumpingzölle gegen das von Südkorea importierte Akylharz abzuschaffen und die Antidumpingmaßnahmen gegen das von Malaysia, Singapur und Indonesien importierte Akylharz auf eine Dauer von fünf Jahren weiter durchzuführen.
